Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only)

We ship all domestic orders via USPS. You can choose between:

• USPS Ground Advantage – $8 flat rate (5–7 business days)
• USPS Priority Mail – $12 flat rate (2–3 business days)

Notes:
• No overnight shipping at this time
• We ship to PO Boxes
• We currently do not ship to U.S. territories
• APO/FPO military addresses: Service availability is not guaranteed — please contact us prior to ordering

International Shipping

We currently ship to:
• Canada – $17 flat rate
• Europe (excluding Russia) – $20 flat rate
• Australia – $25 flat rate
• Mexico – $16

Shipping is handled via USPS or DHL, depending on which is more affordable or reliable for your location.

Important Notes:
• A phone number is required at checkout for all international orders
• All customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected by your country upon delivery
• We do not prepay or cover any duties or taxes
• Shipping rates may be adjusted in the future as we refine international service

Packaging & Weight Info

• Most orders include around 4 rolls of film
• Each roll weighs approximately 1 oz
• Packaging adds an additional 0.6 oz
• Typical order weight: 3.6–13.6 oz

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is missing:

1. File a claim with the shipping carrier

2. Then please email us at info@tccfilm.com with the subject line: DAMAGED ORDER # [Your Order Number] so we can assist with a resolution on a case-by-case basis

Returns & Cancellations

Please read our return policy
• All sales are final — we do not accept returns
• If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please email us at info@tccfilm.com with the subject line: ORDER # [Your Order Number]
• Orders may be canceled before they ship, but a 3% cancellation fee will apply to cover non-refundable payment processing costs
