Thank you for shopping with Celluloid Collective! Below are our shipping policies, covering domestic and international orders, estimated delivery times, lost/damaged packages, and customs duties. Please read carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding holidays.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

  • We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.

  • Overnight shipping is not available at this time.

  • We ship to PO Boxes.

  • We do not currently ship to U.S. territories.

  • Shipping to APO/FPO military addresses is uncertain at this time. If you are ordering to a military address, please contact us at info@tccfilm.com before placing an order.

Tracking & Delivery

  • All orders come with a tracking number provided via email once shipped.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather disruptions, or high order volumes.

International Shipping

We are currently offering limited international shipping to the following countries:

  • United Kingdom

  • Canada

  • Australia
    (We may expand to China and Japan in the future.)

We primarily ship via USPS and DHL. Available shipping methods and rates will be displayed at checkout.

  • We currently do not offer international overnight shipping.

  • International shipping times may vary due to customs processing in the destination country.

International Customs, VAT & Duties

Who Pays VAT & Import Duties?

  • Customers are responsible for all VAT, import duties, and customs fees upon delivery.

  • These charges are set by your country’s customs authority and vary by location.

  • We do not collect VAT at checkout at this time, but we may update this policy in the future based on order volume.

UK & EU Orders

  • Orders under £135 (UK) or €150 (EU) may require VAT collection in the future. For now, customers will pay VAT upon delivery.

  • Orders over these amounts will have VAT and customs duties collected by the carrier before delivery.

Customs Forms & Processing

  • All international shipments will include the required CN22 or CN23 customs declaration forms, automatically generated by our shipping provider.

  • We are not responsible for customs delays.

  • If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid duties or VAT, the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Shipping Restrictions

  • PO Boxes: Domestic orders can be shipped to PO Boxes, but international orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.

  • U.S. Territories: We currently do not ship to U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam).

  • Restricted Countries: We do not ship to countries with trade restrictions or high customs risk.

  • Dangerous Goods: Some items may be restricted from shipping internationally due to carrier regulations.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages

  • If your package is lost in transit, please file a claim with the carrier first.

  • After filing a claim, email us at info@tccfilm.com with your claim details, and we will work with you on a resolution.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “Delivered.” Please ensure your shipping address is correct and secure.

Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us at info@tccfilm.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include photos of the damage and your order number.

  • We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or partial refund, depending on the situation.

Returns & Refunds

All Sales Are Final – No Returns

Due to the nature of film stocks and photographic materials, we do not accept returns.
Exception: If an item arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us at info@tccfilm.com, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment, but are subject to a 3% cancellation fee.

  • This fee covers non-refundable payment processing costs.

  • To cancel an order, email info@tccfilm.com with the subject line:
    "CANCEL ORDER #XXXX".
