Image requirements: Only JPG or PNG files are accepted. The images must be shot on film! No Digital work! If we find out later that your images are shot on a digital camera we will remove them. Remove any watermark from the photo, any photography with watermark will be removed from the contest. AI images are not allowed! Images shot on digital cameras are not allowed Any submission that does not have all these requirements will not be considered. General Personal information won't be shared with third parties, it will be used only for showcasing you as a featured artist on our web page, social networks, and our quarterly Zine. Photos sent to our official email are not accepted. Copyright and Privacy information The Celluloid Collective has the right to use the photographs submitted for any purpose related to showcasing the featured artists, that includes sharing it on our web page, our social networks and our quarterly zine! The photographer will retain copyright of the photo and will be credited every time The Celluloid Collective uses the photos. It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure that the photo does not violate any copyright or trademark. If recognizable people appear in the photograph, it is recommended to have the authorization of the person portrayed to use the photo. The photographer agrees to be the author of the photo. The Celluloid Collective is not responsible for any broken law by the photographer. Personal information shared with us when you submit your work is not shared with any third party. The Celluloid Collective only keeps photographs and the participant information for internal usage, the photos and photographs name and location will only be used publicly to showcase your work on our web page, social networks, and quarterly Zine!
